Return Policy

You may return any item purchased from crownrenewal.com (excluding Crown Renewal cosmetic bag, all travel size/2 oz. products, and samples). Returns must be received within 21 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges when applicable. Refunds must be applied to the original credit card used for purchase. When products are purchased from our retail or salon partners, we are unable to accept returns directly. Please return the product(s) to the original retailer or salon, and reference their company return policy to ensure proper handling.

  • Ship the product back to the address provided.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refund Process:
